The R-L21 All tracking spreadsheet I maintain now has 3849 haplotypes that are confirmed and suspected R-L21. Most noteworthy is that I added a bunch of 67 STR haplotypes that were 425n9 (425=null 511=9), aka Clan Colla.

2834 of the haplotypes are at least 67 STRs so that is the norm.

There are 2521 confirmed L21+ folks including:
574 M222+
98 L226+
94 L159.2+
89 L513+ (44 of which are L193+)
23 P314.2+
13 L144+
5 L371+

I have created a separate tab called "ExtHts" that has a view of just the 111 length haplotypes that are confirmed L21+. There are 258 111 STR haplotypes.  Please note what the "P312 modal" for 68-111 STRs is a "work in progress." I'm really just showing the L21 modal there.

There are some clear patterns that show up in the 68-111 STR's that seem to align with the varieties that are assigned. For instance, it looks like Little Scots are confirmed to be closely related to the Scots Modal folks. The Clan Colla guys also pickup another confirming "off-P312 modal" marker.

Description : Spreadsheet in Excel 2010 format of R-L21+ Confirmed and Suspected Haplotypes including M222 and all subclades with latest downstream SNP results. 111 STR Haplotypes are shown in a separate tab. 2011-06-25 - M. Walsh
