I am in the process of determining my sub-clade and am so far confused by by 37 maker findings.  From my Ysearch, etc., I am finding no one in the R1b1b2 haplotype with a DYS392 =8 as I have.  Does anyone have any insight on this?  My family mythology is that we are Scotch-Irish but I can find no one in Scotland or England with this marker.  Thanks for whatever thought you may have.

I think you (RS2NA) are clearly an R1b1b2 and DYS392=8 is a multistep mutation if there isn't any mistake. It could be interesting to test which subclade, but this will be solved by the SNPs test that FTDNA is doing.

I agree with Gioiello. I look forward to an update from you when you find out to what subclade you belong.
