16147A,16154C,16172C,16223T,16248T,[b]16311G[/b],16320T,16355T,16519C

I have had many near matches where only difference is on the 16311 spot. They always have 16311C or 16311T but never [b]16311G  [/b] as in mine. Would it be safe to assume that if I ever get a perfect match they would likely be closely related to me due to the rarity of this mutation?
