We invite you to submit your "Pedigree" for this Surname.   Our Surname Project is primarily interested in your Paternal line, as surnames are passed down from father to son, just as the yDNA is passed down. 

If you ARE A MEMBER of this Surname Project at Family Tree DNA, send your pedigree by email to at  The pedigree will then be posted on the Surname Project's Patriarchs Page by or sent to the Project’s Administrator.

Please include the following:
•       Name of project
•       Kit Number
•       Name of person posting pedigree
•       Email address to be posted with pedigree
•       Name, birthdate, birthplace, spouse of Earliest Known Ancestor
•       List each succeeding generation, using only those four items of information (or substitute another item of information if missing an item)

Great great grand father S Kirpal Singh were from area in punjab namely DOSTPURA in Gurdaspur Distt, he had 2 brothers S.Jagat Singh and S.Sohan Singh.
S. Sohan Singh left to London some times in early mid of 19th century around approx 1825 to 1850.Since then they are living in london.
S.Kirpal singh had 2 sons S. Budha Singh and S. Garba Singh
S.Budha Singh joined his British army in india and had 1 son Born approx 1908 namely S. Bir Singh
S.Garba Singh also joined British army in india and had 1 son Bron aprox 1910 namelt S Harbans Singh
S. Bir Singh had 5 children- 3 sons namely S Gulbahar Singh S.Gurcharan Singh and S sukh sagar pritpal Singh and 2 Daughters namely Gurcharan kaur and Nirlambh Kaur .
S. Harbans Singh had 2 sons S. Kuldeep Singh and S. perduman Singh and  1 daughter.
S. Gulbahar singh has 4 childeren 2 sons namely Navjot Singh and Prabhjot SIngh & Daughter Neena and Shammi.
S.Gurcharan Singh has 4 childeren 4 sons namely.sandeep Singh,harjaspreet singh, Gurpreet Singh, Rajneek Singh
Sandeep Singh has 2 childeren son Shivindeep Singh and daughter Sarah Sandeep Singh.
harjaspreet SIngh has 1son namely Rayan jashar.

Hi, harjas.  If you have ane more information, especially dates, that correspond with your pedigree information, it will enable us to add it to the patriarch page.  Thanks for your interest in the Singh project and good luck with your research!
