The progenitor to my family line (Rafe Flowers)(my 5th Great Grandfather) is said to have been born in Ulster, Ireland in 1741.  I believe that my Flowers line started somewhere in England, possibly Devonshire, and left at some point to Ulster, Ireland.  Either for religious reasons or other.  Then from Ulster they shipped off to America in the early 1700's.  If I can get some "Flowers" from England to do the Y-DNA test, maybe the gaps can be filled on the other end.  I have a 43 marker test located under the Flowers DNA project and listed as FX-1.  The markers should be posted in the next couple of days.  Thanks nflowers
