Hi folks

Please use this thread to post information about your Irish Joyce Family and I'll kick it off.

My 2xG Grandfather Michael Joyce was born in County Galway in 1828 and transported to Tasmania as a convict in 1849.

I believe he was the son of Thomas Joyce and Mary Burke. Thomas was born in Moycullen, County Galway about 1810, son of Luke Joyce and Marywas born in Tuam in 1813, daughter of John Burke and Mary Coleman.

Thomas and Mary had two more children - Thomas born 1833 and Bridget in 1835
