AFAIK, none of the FTDNA U106 Haplogroup Project Administrators (Charles Moore, Mike Maddi, Dan Draghici, or Gary Corbett) are active on this forum. However, I am fairly actively involved in this Haplogroup project and would be willing to answer questions the best I can and to forward to the Administrators when appropriate.

My brother did the Geno 2.0 test.  His (our) Haplogroup is RZ307 which I am finding is a subclad of U106.  I know nothing of either of these groups.  Where can I find more information on where these two groups originated?  Mt DNA is T2b.   thank you for any help, Paula

Paula,

You can transfer your results to FTDNA, and then join the R1b-U106 Haplogroup Project
https://www.familytreedna.com/public/U106/default.aspx

In addition, you can download a copy of your raw data from Geno 2.0 and email it to me (wing_genealogist AT yahoo DOT com) and I can add your results to an online spreadsheet at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jZp-ClMSziG0_KfMGPw_vbcSHIpUYmC64uLleKoJ9VM/edit#gid=4  We can often refine your haplogroup beyond what the Geno 2.0 says.
