Hello, is anyone out there?  I manage my brother's Y-DNA kit #528735.  Our Y-DNA surname is Evans, and we currently have BY23387 as our "terminal" haplogroup.  I say currently because it has changed several times in the past year as more and more people are doing the Big Y test.  We are still back 2000 or so years, so I am trying to find possible male cousins to test, but we daughtered out and we currently have 0 matches at Y-111, and 2 good matches at Y-67 but the one with the Evans surname will not respond and the other had an NPE and isn't interested in the Big Y right now.  I'm open to any advice on finding these types of people as hunting the "right" Evans surname people in Wales is tough.
Thank you!
