Our new FTDNA Group / Project "E1b / E3b (E-M35) in Scotland" is up and running. You can view and join at

"This group is open to all in haplogroup(s) E1b (aka E3b, E-M35, E-V-13) with ancestors in Scotland. Ours is a rare haplotype in Scotland and theories abound concerning how our E1b ancestors 1st came to be there. The group was created to help us all get a better idea of population concentrations and/or family groups. (Please do not join if you are not part of these haplotypes AND your ancestor is not from - or suspected to be from - Scotland)."

So, if you have an account at, come on over and join our group and help us all put the pieces of this puzzle together!

We look forward to seeing you.
