I'm searching for the ancestry of Deborah Ann Durphy (Durfey)(Durfee)born Jan 15, 1827 in Delaware Co, NY, died Jan 27, 1879 in Meriden, CT. She was married to Jonathan Griffin.  Their daughter Florence Griffin (who had Deb's mitochondrial DNA) married Edgar Van Buren Ives of Meriden.  Their daughter, who had the mitochondrial Durfey DNA) married Charles Glantz and they had a son who had that Durphy mitochondrial DNA. (Hope I did that right) but the Glantz Y gene.  That was my dad...I have my mom Susan Stocking's mitochondrial DNA and so does my brother. I'm sure Durphy genes are mixed up in my autosomal makeup but I guess there is no way to trace that back....I have done ancestry DNA  and my son has done 23andme.  He has my Stocking mitochondrial an my husband's Y. there any way to find the parents of my Deborah Ann of NY State?
all those upstate Ny records burned at some point...
