AncestryDNA raw data is now available to be downloaded. To download your data, go to the DNA home page, then "Manage Test Settings"

The file is somewhat similar to the Geno 2.0 results file. The biggest difference is that it is a zipped .txt file, rather than a zipped .csv file. There are other minor differences as well (such as calling X, Y, and mt-DNA chromosomes 23, 24 & 25 respectively)

Y-DNA - R1b M157.2 (a private/family subclade of Z6/Z352) 111 markers tested

mt-DNA - J1c2g with the following private mutations: 315.1C 522.1A 522.2C C9974T C16256T (FMS tested and submitted to GenBank)

Autosomal - shows as a typical English ancestry. Tested with 23andMe, FTDNA

I have traced my father, Pitt Edward Ayers back to Moses Ayres in colonial america & on to John LeEyre in England. He is deceased now so I can't test his DNA. Is the halogroup listed for that group of Ayres? Thank you, Linda
