The upgrade from NCBI Build 36 to Build 37 is almost complete!

Update: We've been working diligently to implement the NCBI Human Genomic Build 37 for our Family Finder tests and Relative Finder transfers. As previously noted, the programming portion of the build was completed and we began running the existing Family Finder database through the new program. During that initial run we encountered some abnormalities, so we had to make some adjustments, then re-run the database, which means that it’s taking a little longer than anticipated to begin running new Family Finder tests and Relative Finder transfers. As of Feb. 5th, we’re nearing the end of that run, which will then go to Quality Control.

If there were no more issues, then we’ll process Relative Finder transfers and new batches of Family Finder. If there are any problems, we’ll have to correct and run the database again. Accuracy is critical for both existing tests and new ones, so we appreciate your patience during this process.

What are we to expect from this upgrade to "Build 37"? Anyone out there know?
