I was wondering if there is much difference between the H mtDNA groups/subclades.
I have done a MtDNA test and confirmed as H

When I extract data using a combination of HVR1+HVR2+FMS , I get the following numbers
51 = H1
22 = H
18 = H7
16 = H3
10 = H10
3 = H13a
1 = H2a

Since, I never did the FMS and I removed all the FMS which stated not a match in my final data, what would be the markers which seperate these subclades in CR.
I can confirm I must be 7082 as this makes me H
