You might check out this guy for DF21 testing..

fN110523   Brunhoeber Germany
L144-, L159.2-, L193-, L21+, L226-, L96-, M222-, M37-, P314.2-, P66-

He just upgraded to 67 markers and below are his nearest GDs, in the 7 to 9 at 67 range, which isn't bad.

fN110523   Brunhoeber   R1b-L21   zzL21unassigned
f98386   Springer   zzL21suspect   21-2225-EC
f176253   Springer   zzL21suspect   21-2225-EC
f172278   Pry   R1b-L21   253-1716
f99379   Edwards   R1b-L21   zzL21unassigned
f23567   Lowe   R1b-L21   zzL21unassigned
f129821   Donahue   zzL21suspect   13-1511A-T2-D

I don't think he is 13-1511A-T2 (Irish II) because he is missing a key marker or two. He could easily be DF21 or Z253 though.
