I don't know anything about this culture beyond what you can read on Wikipedia. If it was Uralic, then we can guess at Y-DNA N1c.

Yea which is very rare in Central Asia today and what can be found of it is probably related to Uralic admixed Turkic population. I personally wouldn't connect it with uralic due to a lack of evidence. Also someone changed the wikipedia entry. It was different this morning.

What about R2a as the Keltiminar group? R2a is believed to have been born in Central Asia.
