L584 was recently added to the ISOGG tree under R-L23.  Today we have a 23andMe L277.1+ individual who is now L482+.  This probably means that we will finally be able to place the group associated with L277.1 on the FTDNA tree using L482 as a surrogate. We also have SNPs L479 and L483 under L23 which need to be investigated.

L23* individuals are encouraged to consider testing for L482, L483, and L479 to establish their location under L23.
