Title: Another subclade of R-L23 or R-Z2105
Post by: Maliclavelli on April 19, 2014, 11:48:14 AM
Amongst the people tested from Geno 2.0, who didn't belong to the known subclades (CTS7822/Z2110, L277, L584), there were some people whom the smal's tree put above left.
Now a new SNP, PF954, unify three of them:
N18690 Gose R1b1a2a1 R-L150
N102077 unknwon father of Khali-Xezale,8th G.(born~1830-?)    R1b1a2a1 R-L150
N118842  Alil Usein b1913 and d.1994  R1b1a2a1 R-L150
It is to be seen their collocation as to L23* and Z2105*.

P.S. It seems that this SNP is very diffused and a little reliable.

Actually N118842 has two SNPs that the other two haven't:
CTS7763  and CTS8966
with
164226   Turkey   R1b-Z2103
and negative is
NA20866 India   R1b-Z2103
NA20532 Italy   R1b-Z2103  is negative for CTS8966:

NA20532 Italy   R1b-Z2103 [map, table]   L150+, L23+, Z2103+, Z2105+,    CTS7822-, CTS8966-, CTS9219-, F672-, L51-, L584-, PF7580-,

P.S. Positive for these two SNPs is NA18645.

At last we'll have the solution also for hg. R-Z2105, because they tested many Jewish R-Z2105 and we'll be able to see their relation with Europeans and with me too who are in that line.

Fega, yours is just the "Balkan cluster" (the definition is mine):
R-Y10789 BY611/A1777/Y10789 formed 4200 ybp, TMRCA 3000 ybp
    id:YF01929 ESP [ES-A]
    id:YF02716 BGR [BG-01]
Now we know that the "Balkan cluster" is very recent (MRCA about 3000 years ago), and descends from CTS9219 which descends from CTS7556, brother cluster to my Z2110*. Thus the diffusion happened very likely from Western Europe with the Bell Beakers, which had very likely three points of expansion: Tyrrhenian Italy, Southern France and Iberia. We'll see if the theorists of the Bell Beakers expansion from Central Europe and before from Eastern Europe (the Kurganists) will be able to demonstrate their assumptions against me through the aDNA. I think they won't.

You are R-L23-Z2110-BY611 “Balkan cluster”. I know more than the SNPs test.
