Title: Tintin and Genealogy
Post by: rms2 on December 23, 2011, 08:46:52 PM
I just got back a little while ago from taking my daughter to see the new film, "The Adventures of Tintin", which she has been bugging me about for quite some time. First, I really enjoyed it. It was non-stop action pretty much from start to finish and had a decent story line. Second, there is a distinct genealogical element to the plot.

I don't want to spoil it for anyone, so I will do no more than recommend the film to you all.

It was a fun way to spend one hour and forty seven minutes.

Oh, this thread belongs here because Captain Haddock is evidently a Scot and thus probably R1b at least, if not also R-L21. :-)

My son and grandson saw it in Roanoke the day it opened.  Do I need to have family albums when I see them day after tomorrow?

Ask them if they want to see it again and go with them if they say yes.
