I have written this message to Argiedude by Maju’s blog, hoping that he reads it.

I think you should test yourself for this new SNP L459. They are searching for the presence of this SNP upstream R-L21, but perhaps more interesting could be to search downstream R-L21, i.e., if you are amongst the most ancient R-L21, you could be L459-.

This would be big news if you were L459-, implying an early branch with L21+.

To know this I was ready to pay for him, but he hasn't yet replied, nor to Maju's blog nor here.

I have paid to an American Flickinger to test him for S136, my SNP, and he costed me $130, being new for EthnoAncestry. A SNP at FTDNA for a customer costs only $29.
