Couple Things From the New Guy

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, if you didn't catch that. I have a few questions and a comment:

First, I'm looking at the Harrington pedigree that the site provides, and I'm trying to figure out how to read it exactly. Is it each father and there children listed as sub-categories (indentations?), and when a new family is started the child's name is *repeated* to continue the pattern?

Also, I'd like to contribute to the DNA project, but there's a problem. My father was adopted by the Harringtons. It's unfortunate that I may be unable to contribute to it, unless someone else has a potential solution.
