Here are 9 SNPs where both Henry Louis Gates Sr and Jr (M222+) differ
from the U152+ reference sequence and every other published genome
I've looked at.
11779375 "G"
11791354 "T"
11867110 "G"
11883188 "A"
11883560 "T"
20755486 "G"
20755487 "G"
9287801 "T"
9930620 "G"
For some reason the poster assumes all of these are mutations between P312 and Mr Gates, I would have thought some of these are on the U152 side.
However it seems reasonably likely that at least some of these would be between P312 and L21, and others would be between L21 and M222.
This is well above my pay grade, but I think it looks interesting.
