is it possable for a man to have 5 sons spread around the world and say 3 (or their direct decendants) develop the exact same mutation eg. R1b1b2

Do you think it is possible for 3 other males from the same haplo group to experience the same mutational change? why not? I would guess it'd be a long-shot for it to happen to three out of 5 Son's lines.
