A Wilson tested by SMGF, and belonging to Hg. E-V13, is the only to have DYS464=13-13-16.3-16.3. These are his data :
13,24,13,10,14-18,11,12,12,13,11,30,15,9-9,11,11,27,14,19,29,13-13-16.3-16.3,9,10,19-21,17,11,10,12,12,12,12,13,23,12,14,10,31,18.
He matches very closely some Mexicans very closely related among them like a Ramirez who comes from Jesus Romo Ramirez, 1863, Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico, who differs from Wilson in DYS448=20 and DYS464=13-16-16.3-17.
What has happened? That someone had the mutation in DYS464 from 14-15.3-16-17 to 13-15.3-16-17 and there are on SMGF some samples: Adams (England), Wells (England), Kilyanczyk (Poland), Momsen (DEnmark), Walkup (Illinois), Maag (Switzerland), but there are only Mexicans on SMGF who have DYS464=13-16-16.3-17 from which, by a double RecLOH we have the Wilson's data.
Which path can we reconstruct? DYS464=14-15.3-16-17 is the modal, diffused in Italy and elsewhere in Europe. This haplotype diffused to North-East and North-West the Alps. It seems that in Hiberia happened the mutation from 15.3 to 16.3.
The ancestor of Wilson had a double RecLOH from the Hiberian haplotype. Where and in which circumstances we cannot say so far.
