My theory is that my Y - chromosome was found among the Gauls of France who migrated into Norway, and as Vikings invaded into Normandy, France, and as knights invaded into Scotland and England.

I descended from Sir Osborn Gardner, the Knight, according to my research and the Gardner name seems to mean guardian, warrior hired to protect.
