New information recovered from Iowa and Indiana archives shows:

1850 - Benjamin Franklin, 18, living in Ripley County, IN
1856 - Benjamin Franklin, 23, living with Nancy McAlister Myers (and husband) in Wapello, IA
1857 - Marriage to Mary McAlister (sister of Nancy)

Henry Terrell and Merrit McAlister (BF Terrell's father in law) lived next to each other in Indiana and in Iowa, we think Henry may be BF's uncle. Any information for Henry Terrell's lineage is GREATLY appreciated. Think he may be born in North Carolina, wife's name is Celia, born in KY.

BF Terrell's first born son is named Henry, then John, then George. Henry may be for his uncle, John for his grandfather, and George for his father.
