R1b1b2 ancestry

My DNA told me that I had the following origins:

England - 26 matches (one from the Isle of Man)
Ireland - 14 matches
Germany - 10 matches
France - 8 matches (one from the Isle of Jersey)
Scotland - 5 matches
Italy - 2 matches (one from Sicily)
and other countries such as Norway and Spain

Does anyone know if this tells me if my R1b1b2 is Nordic?

YHRD shows my ancestry as:
Italy
Sweden
Norway
Spain
Germany
Ukraine
Spain

Does this fit my theory that my ancestors were Vikings from Norway; Normans from France; and finally based themselves in England?

Hopefully, I can afford further testing.

FTDNA is telling you that people with your haplotype have THEIR origins in those countries.  That does not mean that YOUR origin is in those places, and especially not that your origin is in ALL those places.

Some R1b1b2 men are lucky enough that, with 67+ markers AND a SNP test, they can get a hint of their ancestry that is specific to the level of Nordic/Norman/Celtic/ etc.

Generally, without those further tests (and, warning, maybe even with them) you probably can't say much more than "western European" with what you've got right now.

Welcome to the fold, Sonny!

Next you have to get all the STR markers you can and get SNP tested.

That's the only way to have a chance to find out anything much about your ancestry.

I'm not sure how much an upgrade from 12 markers to 67 would be??
