The Will of Andrew Miller late of Ballyhemlin County Down Farmer deceased who died 13 November 1871 at same place was proved at Belfast by the oath of Anne Miller of Ballyhemlin (Kircubbin) aforesaid Spinster one of the Executrixes.

Full Abstract :
The Will of Edward M'Carthy late of Rureagh County Down Farmer deceased who died 11 February 1877 at same place was proved at Belfast by the oaths of Thomas M'Carthy of Innishargie and Thomas Taylor of Glastry both in (Kirkcubbin) same County Farmers the Executors.

IN THE FULL WILL EDWARD LEAVES HIS SON JOHN THE FARM AND HIS SON EDWARD £400 TO BUY ANOTHER FARM FOR HIMSELF BUT IF HE GOES TO AMERICA HE ONLY RECEIVES £50 THE REST TO BE HELD SO HE CAN DRAW ON IT IN AMERICA IF HE DECIDES TO STAY. SON WILLIAM GOT £1. OVER?
HE ALLOWS JOHN & EDWARD TO LIVE TOGETHER ON FARM BUT IF THEY CAN'T AGREE HE ALLOWS THE SCHOOLHOUSE TO BE PAID FOR EDWARD.
