Apparently Google Maps can only accommodate 200 placemarks per map page, so I have created two separate maps for R-L21*, one for the European Continent excluding the British Isles and one for the British Isles. They appear on the R-L21 Plus Project's "Results" page, but here are links to them.

Please keep in mind that far more persons of British Isles ancestry have been tested than persons of continental European ancestry, that testing for L21 has only been around since October of 2008, and that L21 did not become a part of FTDNA's Deep Clade-R test until sometime in January of this year. We only have a few test batches under our belts.
