I have Hunters in my tree it is my ggggrandfather Patrick Hunter who is buried in the entrance to the Abbey in Greyabbey.He came over from Scotland with his family he was born in Lundie Angus on 1st may 1822.What i am exactly looking for is his wife was Barbara Hunter she died in 19th December 1893 but cant find were she is buried at.I found her children Patrick and barbara they are buried in Portaferry any suggessions would be great thanks

Here lies the body of Patrick Hunter, Dundi- in Scotland, born 1st May 1822 died 4th Jan. 1865 aged 42 yrs.
He was for many years land steward & overseer of the Greyabbey Abbey estate in the Barony of Ards.
This stone was placed here in memory of his faithful service by Hugh MONTGOMERY Esq. of Greyabbey.

Sacred to the mem of Mary HUNTER widow of the late John Shanks and last surviving daughter of the late William MAJILTON of Greyabbey.
She died 19th Sept. 189[.] age 69 yrs.
She was first married to John DAVIDSON who died in 1847 and her only child by that marriage was buried here 1850 aged 4 yrs.
She was sextoness of the Parish Church & caretaker of the Abbey for 30 yrs and was well liked & respected by all who knew her.
