Hi All
I just found out 2 pieces of very good news..
Family Tree DNA has lowered their prices for the XSTR panels to be inline with the Y tests..Panel #1 is now $99

ALSO~! There will be a comparison modality soon most likely accessible at your Personal Page..

YEAH~!

When I look at this again I realized that that price is for New Testers..if you already have a sample in at FTDNA Panel #1 is $48

Well that's certainly an interesting development, Kathleen, thanks for posting that.  Where did you hear about this comparison modality?  Is Xmatch being incorporated into the FTDNA website, or is this something entirely different?

I happened to mention something in an e-mail to Bennett.. I asked about the possibilty.He said it was not yet announced as they had not yet detemined on it.

So nothing more than that and the price reduction did I hear. That alone is good news though as it reduces the price on the panels by 20+%
