R1b1b2 North-South Cluster

A year or two ago, Dr. Ken Nordtvedt identified an R1b1b2 haplotype cluster he dubbed the "R1b North-South Cluster." Recently, Neal Fox discovered a number of members of the R-P312 and Subclades Project who belong to it. Thus far, all of those in this cluster who have tested for L21 (or S145) have been ancestral (negative).

Here are the marker values that identify the North-South cluster:

437 = 14
448 = 18
H4 = 10
392 = 13
531 = 11
388 = 12
426 = 12
454 = 11

Why this name R1b1b2 North-South Cluster ? Is it dispatched on a map on a north-south axe?

I had a look at it . It might be enriched in L21- but I think it should be pruned from a few ones. For example  JXHHH  and  K4SJJ  (same surname) look  different with DYS393=12 and DYS490=13.
How many in this list have been tested L21-  so far ?

I haven't had a chance to count them yet, and I got home from late this evening, so I won't be able to do it tonight.

I don't think any members of this cluster are L21+.

When Rich e-mailed me about this, I took a quick look at the P312 and Subclades Project.  There are 16 matches to Ken's R1b-NS cluster.  7 of these  had tested L21-, 2 are not categorized yet, and the other 7 are categorized P312, presumably with L21 still pending.
