Joining the R-P312 and Subclades Project

I hope everyone understands that clicking on the Yahoo Group icon from the "Background" page of the R-P312 and Subclades Project does not get one into the R-P312 and Subclades Project. It just gets you into our Yahoo group.

To join the R-P312 and Subclades Project, do this:

Go to your FTDNA personal homepages and click on the "Join" button on the left side of the screen. On the next screen, change the box on the left from "Equals" to "Contains." Type "P312" (minus the quotes) in the search box and click on "Search." When the name of the R-P312 and Subclades Project appears, click on it and then on the "Join" button.

I wish FTDNA made things simpler - and maybe they have? - but that is the surest way I know to find our project and actually join it.

We want all those who are P312+ (whatever their subclade) to join.

Remember to check the bottom of your Haplotree page for the list of your SNPs, though. If you are U106+ or otherwise P312-, you should not join the R-P312 and Subclades Project.
