Looking for ancestral information on brothers Josiah and Robert Thompson born in early 1800's ( 1809 and 1806 respectively) in County Armagh, Ulster province they immigrated to Canada in the 1820's and settled in the Ottawa Valley area = specifically Ramsay and Ross Township of Renfrew County in the province of Ontario. Josiah's wife was named Sarah and Robert's was named Mary Seymour they were married in Ireland before he immigrated to Canada.
