I ordered my DNA testing kit from FTDNA Friday and received it yesterday (5 days). The directions are very clear and precise. They send 3 swab collection kits and ask that you take the samples several hours apart. You just rub the small brush like attachment against your cheek for 60 seconds to ensure a good sample. I completed the rubbings last night and this morning. Then, you just place the sample tubes and signed release form into the preaddressed envelope, apply postage, and send it back to FTDNA.
Now, I get to wait!
