Please let me know if you are related or have information on the Walsh's of County Kilkenny. My earliest identifiable paternal ancestor is an Edmund Charles Walsh, born c Apr 5, 1829 in County Kilkenny. He is reportedly of the line of the Walsh family of Castle Hale and Walsh of the Mountain. He married a Mary Francis Walsh (not related but her maiden name is Walsh) who is also from Kilkenny. Mary would have been born c Mar 1, 1839. I have 2nd cousin (God bless him) who put together a lot of information on the following web sites.
