Thomas Corbitt, son of Elisha, was born 20 May 1825 in Hamilton County, TN. Alleged sons include: Tiner, Elisha, Colonel Washington, Joseph, Thomas Henry and Lucian. I say alleged because I am not certain that Tiner, my husband’s ancestor was a son of Thomas. We have participated in the 67-marker test and match with Lineage 1. I hope other Thomas descendents out there will submit to DNA testing through FTDNA.com. This might help confirm Tiner’s father. Thanx, Jeri Corbitt (jericorbitt at hotmail.com)
