My great great grandfather was a Cunningham as I know how to spell it, but we discovered a grave marker that had the last name spelled Cunagan, we can not find any information as to who his father or mother was. what we do know is that his name was James Henry Cunningham b CIR 1825 (no info on either parent) and that he married a woman named Elizabeth Clark b. 9-3-1830 in franklin co. va , father Henry Clark sr. b 1860 in Monroe Co WV mother Ruth Mize b 1-19-1807 in Franklin Co, VA. If anyone has any information as to who he was or where he came from I would be so happy to know. Several family members have researched the family and have come up empty handed...
