Hello
I am William Allender.
My oldest documented ancestor is William Allender born 1836 in Washington County, Ohio. His Father was either Thomas or Thorup Allender. We are not sure because we can find no official documents which would give his first name. On William's death certificate it is listed as Thorup. I am not sure this is correct though as some of the information i have found on census forms from that time period is wrong. William was married to Matilda ( Clay ) Allender March 21 1874 in Dunham Township, Washington County Ohio.
