David Barton m Ruth Oldham

I am a descendant of David Barton and Ruth Oldham and would like to locate all researchers descended from this couple.  David was born c 1730 in Stafford Co VA.  The next year, this area became Prince William County.  When Fauquier County was organized in 1757, David obtained a lease in Leeds Parish.  During the winter of 1771/2, he moved the family to Surry Co NC.  Legend says that David was killed by British-led Indians while on expedition with Daniel Boone in Kentucky.  Based on court records, this must have been in 1775.  A search of the Life of Daniel Boone by Lyman Draper doesn't include any mention of David.

David was administrator of Thomas(3) Barton’s estate in 1752 and is believed to be a son of Thomas(3) Barton.  (for more information see the Thomas(1,2,3) of Stafford County VA  family)

Terry I am a descendent of David Barton and Ruth Oldham via their son David O. Barton and Peggy Looney. What is your preferred method of transmitting the family data? I have it in my computer on Family Tree Maker plus I have it all in printed form. And I have most of this posted on my public tree on Ancestry.
