possibility of upgrading member J-2 to 25 or 37 or more markers

I find that we are both I1a  the only I1a's in the Jamison Project
we are off by one in the 12 markers he has had tested. I think we may have a closer linkage than on11/12 based upon the locations of our earliest known ancestors.
his being in Pennsylvania mine in New York with mine being the elder by about 7 years. namely David Jimmerson b ca 1786
he was illiterate and would not know what name was written down for him in later Census takings.  I would be most appreciative of a contact from this Jamison project member listed as J-2.
