Kits 154473 & 131809 are most likely A738 (BY198), a sub-branch of M222.
Those that have tested A738+ have DYS449 values of 28 or less. No other branch of M222 has testees with such low values of DYS449, suggesting it is signature for A738.
Families that have test A738+ are the Egans and Larkins of Galway. Other families that DYS449 values of 28 or less is common are the Coffeys of Westmeath. All point to an origin in the Irish Midlands.
