Hi-

Have you specifically determined a relationship with the Morck surname, or only is it only due to the similarity of the names?  In Danish (my surname's origin) and other Scandinavian languages, Mørck (or Mørch/Mørk) means "dark."  "Mark" I believe means field.

I am interested and if you have more info, I would like to discuss it with you.

Thanks-

Fred Morck

Hi Fred.  We included Morck only because of the pronunciation and spelling similarities.  This allows the Morck, Mørck, Mørch & Mørk families a place to test at the favored project pricing while waiting to see what else develops.

If you feel strongly that the Scandinavian spellings will be genetically separate - even after blending into the New World, let's discuss further.  Regards,  Terry
