What is the significance of having only two mutations in HVR1 test versus 3 or more?  Besides HVR2 testing, what other tests can be done and what will they add to the knowledge base for me and/or the project?

As a very new member, I'm still having trouble finding my way around.  I registered incorrectly and the little bit of family information I have does not show up.  What do I need to do?
