On completion of the FTDNA 'U' Series Tests H5 is now Haplogroup R1b1c9a and not R1b1c9b as previously listed by EA's nomeclemature.
Results are FTDNA - M173+ M207+ M269+ M343+ P25+ U106+ U198+
                EA - S21+ S29+

Following testing at 23&me H5 has an unlisted subgrouping of R1b-L129, a Private mutation which may turn out to be either a new sub group or an anomaly between the Y and X genes at the testing level. It will remain as R1b1b2a1a1 until resolved.

FTDNA has returned a NEGATIVE result for the R-L129 for H5 so the problem looks to be with the  23andme chip test. H5 remains as R1b-U198 (R1b1b2a1a1).

The latest results from FTDNA Y-DNA tests of H5 have the tree for H5 extended between R1b-U106, through R1b-Z381 and R1b-Z301, to R1b-U198. No new sub clade below U198 have been published as yet.
Sub sub groups of U198 can be found in the R1b-U198 Project.
H5's Haplogroup under the ISOOG YDNA Tree (2012) as R1b1a2a1a1a5b1, where the above results are published. H5 has been tested out to 111 markers.
