My father was adopted.  He was born in Gary, Indiana in 1945 and his mother was Mary Reick and she married Owen Williams.  My brother did the ydna test so that we may find out who my father's biological family is.  The results on family tree dna show 4 McClendon's at level 3 and 4 distance.  I am not sure if this means he was a McClendon for sure and if so how would I locate or begin to try and locate my father's paternal side family.  Can anyonw offer me any suggestions on what to do.  I don't really understand the charts very well and am very new to all of this.

Hi Zorita, I am willing to set up of project(s) for any of these 3 surnames that you are ready to be actively involved in the administration or are ready to order a testing kit.  Terry
