Growing up, I had spent time with my grandfather, Oatey Burr Tinsley.
He was such a Good Person ! He never really raised his voice and helped just about everyone. He never talked much about his Tinsley Family. He just talked about how hard life was living poor in Kentucky, especially during the Depression Era.
As a Tribute to Him, I have spent years since his death, looking and contacting Tinsleys all over. I hope by working with this Tinsley DNA Project, we can open more discussions and find Family Lines and make connections.
