Haplogroup H6a1a8a

My relative Giorgio Tognarelli has been tested by 23andMe and classified H6a1. By comparing his data with mine (K1a1b1e by FGS, my wife and sons K1c1f  by FGS, my cousin H41a not FGS), I have these mutations:

2706A 3915A 4727G  7028C 12771A 14776C 14798T 16145A 16256T 16362C

Unfortunately many SNPs aren’t tested of course, but the mutation in G16145A could belong to hg. H6a1a8a (see Behar 2012b).
The FGS JQ705660 and JQ704469 used by Behar et al. (but where do these clones come from?) have also the mutations12771A, then these clones are probably linked to my relative, but not the mutation 16256T.

The haplogroup H6a1a8a isn’t amongst the H6 found by Behar et al. amongst Basques. May I think it is Italian?

Also the hg. H41a of my cousin isn't amongst Basques.
