I am the Granddaughter of Minnie Viola Waters. she is the daughter of Robert S waters born>1874 of Beaufort Co NC and died> Oct 3 1932 Beaufort NC. Robert married Laura Frances Alligood b>sept 1877 d> feb 25 1962 also of Beaufort Co.
Minnie Waters married Levy Lane Jefferson of Beafort Co NC. i,m having trouble when i get to Robert S Waters father Allen Waters b> 1825 Beaufort Co NC. Allen married a women by the name Elizabeth but maiden name unknown. i can not find a connection to who Allens father was. if any one might have an idea or where i can look please let me know.
