Talliaferro Craig's Parentage

As, I believe, a descendant of the Talliaferro (Toliver) Craig line, I have been intrigued with the question of his parentage. ?As all "terrible Toliver" descendants know, there is some controversy. ?To Whit: ?is Talliaferro Craig the product of a Craig Father, who died before his mother emigrated to Virginia in the 1700's or is he the product of a Craig Mother and a Talliaferro Father? ?Several have written on this subject. ?It seems to me this is a perfect question to be settled with genetic testing. ?I'd enjoy to hear from other Toliver descendants on this subject.
