I would like to get my father into the Shaw DNA Project but I do not see that there is anyone else listed for results ? is the project active? Thanks, Fran
Hi Fran. Yes, the Shaw project is active. It is just a new project. One of the toughest things about any project is getting it started. As the first participant, your father will have his result compared by every Shaw who comes along, plus will be compared to everyone who is in the Y-search database operated by FTDNA. (Ironically, there are 10 Shaws already tested - the challenge will be to get them to join the project. (I'll ask again)
